Quick gazpacho

Ingredients And Measurement :
1 Passata 250g
2 Red Pepper 1 chopped
3 Red Chilli 1 chopped
4 Garlic 1 clove peeled crushed
5 Sherry vinegar 1 teaspoon
6 Lime Juice of 1/2


Instructions
step 1 In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth. Season to taste, then serve with ice cubes
