2 Egg 2 Beaten
3 Breadcrumbs 200g
4 Parsley 2 tbs chopped
5 Garlic 2 cloves minced
6 Salt To taste
7 Pepper To taste


Instructions
Season the Cutlets: Salt and pepper the cutlets. Bread the Cutlets: Dip each cutlet in egg, then coat with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, and garlic.
